HSE Advisor

HSE Advisor North Europe Competitive Permanent

Job Description:

BOSS Energy Renewables and I have teamed up with a leading OEM within the wind sector, who are looking to speak with experienced HSE Advisors for long term contract opportunities working onshore in Europe for the whole of 2022/2023. The chosen candidates will have the following:

Profile & Requirements:

  • Experience of working as an HSE Advisor within the Renewables Industry or experience.
  • Internationally recognized HSE certification and qualification required (i.e., NEBOSH Construction, NVQ5, NEBOSH Diploma, BSc Hons.)
  • Experience in leading, advising, and coaching people on construction site (including Subcontractors).
  • Onshore wind farm experience as a HSE Advisors or similar positions.
  • Must be EU Based or have the right to work in Europe.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the site by printing out HSE Plan, Risk Assessments, Emergency Response plan, environmental assessments.
  • Be up to date with new legislation and maintaining a working knowledge of all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation and any developments that affect the wind energy industry.
  • Facilitate site HSE inductions for personnel planning to work and visit site.
  • Perform an HSE Talk at the beginning of every work shift as part of the daily briefing / morning meeting.
